I wasn't in Body Combat class yesterday. wasn't in my car. wasn't in the store. or the other store. or the other place. or the other store. sure, my body was in those places, along with a few small dusty fragments of left-brain functioning, just enough for basic survival.
I have no idea where the rest of me was. maybe in Kansas. or Istanbul. or up in a satellite. who knows.
The remaining part of me just drifted around, avoiding the high-fives of the gym teacher, hiding behind eyes without a face. (thanks, billy idol) Like I'm sick with such a bad case of vulnerability hangover, even though nobody in all those places even knows my name.
yet I still feel exposed. like fresh garbage on the top of a compost heap, still awaiting the process of decomposition. Worms, flies, dirt, do your job.
oh, and if you need a good gluts work-out, firm up your sitter, I dare ya to get off your sitter and do this work-out we did yesterday. I DARE YA!!!!!!
