hello again, this is cool. Robb sent this to us Mad Cary Moms on Facebook, and I wanted to "share" but couldn't risk my "nice girl" reputation there, (what would people think of me, a sweet mommy learning to knock people out? oh my...) so I'll share it here. Looks like fun, and I think I'll need to subscribe to this guy's video series, learn some new moves.
